  • Do You Have On-Site Laundry?

    Yes, every home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

  • What About Parking?

    You’ll find plenty of free parking around the property available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved covered parking spaces are available for $35-$50 and garage parking is available, ranging from $100-$120 per month. Pricing varies based on location and size.

  • Do I Need To Set Up My Own Utilities?

    You will need to set up your electricity with Entergy, your internet and cable with Century Link. Your water and sewer will be set up for you and will be billed separately through our third party utility provider on the last week of the month that you can pay with your rent.

  • Are All Amenities Included?

    Of course! Our amenities help shape the lifestyle at The Pointe and to us, that’s priceless. Hours may vary according to the seasons so check with the office for the latest hours.

  • How Do I Receive My Mail?

    USPS mail will come to our on-site mailroom equipped with mailboxes for each apartment. Our Package Concierge is used by any other couriers to keep your packages secure for you to pick up at your convenience.

  • Do You Have Security In The Building?

    Security is important to us and each of our team members comply with all the safety and security recommendations provided in your lease. We recommend to you make yourself familiar with this section of your lease and remind you that security is also your personal responsibility. Some of the community’s security measures include an onsite courtesy patrol officer to assist with any disturbances, cameras in the common areas, limited-access gates and limited-access key fobs to the amenities. We ask that you please be aware of your surroundings, report any suspicious activity, and ensure your renters’ insurance is up to date for that added protection.

  • How Is The Maintenance?

    Work orders can be submitted online at any time. You also have the option to call in for emergency maintenance 24-hours a day to speak with a chief engineers who know their way around any problem.

  • How Do I Pay Rent Each Month?

    We accept nearly every method of payment which is convenient for you. To pay by credit or debit card, you can input your information through our secure online portal.

  • What Is My Security Deposit For?

    The security deposit is a set amount of money used as collateral for the structural integrity and cleanliness of the apartment. In other words, this money inspires our residents to take good care of their apartment home. Otherwise, the deposit will be used to repair or replace the damages.

  • How Do I Get My Security Deposit Back?

    If your apartment home is kept in good condition and no damages have been inflicted, you are eligible to have your security deposit returned after your lease is up. Be sure to take inventory of any wear-and-tear you see when you move in, preferably via photo. Security deposits are mailed 30 days after the lease end date.
